RETURNING GOODS POLICY
Our returning goods policy valid within 30 days of purchase. We do not refund or exchange goods if you have mistakenly purchased a wrong item or changed your mind after 30 days from the date of purchase or transaction. Please read the item description carefully before placing your order.
Perishable goods such as food cannot be returned as we have advised in advance the expiry date for safe consumption on the packaging. Please check the expiry date once you received the goods.
To be eligible for a return, the item must not have been consumed or used and must be in original condition and packaging that you have received it.

o Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular (full) priced items may be refunded, unfortunately we do not process refund for sale items.
o Exchanges (if applicable)
We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please check the item carefully once you have received it. If you need to exchange it for the same item or another item of same value, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and our customer service representative will process your refund within 2-3 business days.
o Shipping cost
Buyer bears the cost of shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
